Directions:

Recommended to use 3 times a day. During in your morning shower, then washing face at around 5:00PM & lastly before going to bed.

Wet face & hands; then work between hands for a few seconds. Gently massage into skin & wash. Pat to dry using a towel instead of rubbing to dry your face.
